This property was originally purchased by one of our international clients and renovated by us in 2002.

In 2014, on behalf of the same client we purchased the adjoining property and amalgamated the two units lifting off the roof of one and creating a magnificent double volume lounge area. Building a huge wrap around balcony with spectacular views of Table Mountain as well as of the bay and has created a sublime outdoor entertainment area.
